Dubai has finally revealed the much-awaited itinerary list for the upcoming Dubai 2020 Expo, which includes fascinating things such as detecting alien life to having robust music bands perform at the prestigious event.
Expo 2020 suffered tremendously due to the COVID-19 pandemic. However, things are back on track and the pandemic is slowly dying out thanks to the rollout of mass vaccinations.
The organizers have promised a “spectacular line-up of sights, sounds, and tastes” for all the participants and the visitors who will be present at the Expo 2020, which will open its doors from 1st October 2021.

Sumathi Ramanathan, Vice-President, Market Strategy & Sales, Expo 2020 Dubai, said:
Expo 2020 is for explorers, foodies and culture enthusiasts, for children and grandparents, for entrepreneurs, inventors and businesses travellers, for the casual tourist, and for the curious who want to experience the future – now. Our easy-to-access itineraries will enable every visitor to discover the game-changing innovations, world-class entertainment and once-in-a-lifetime experiences that are relevant to them, ensuring everyone who walks through our doors has a safe experience that amazes, inspires and excites the senses.
There will be a number of attractions for the visitors, which include the world’s largest radio satellite capable of detecting signals from alien life to showcasing a 4D bioprinter that is capable of reproducing live cells. The expo will also feature live festive music, choirs, and orchestral music performances. Lastly, the cuisine has also been given a lot of importance as food from across the globe will also be a part of the attraction.
Expo 2020 will be fit for all ages as it offers something for everyone; from Beethoven-inspired bands to giant toys for the kids. The couples can enjoy romantic nights at the Al Wasl Plaza which features spectacular night-time light shows on its 360-degree projection surface.
Although the COVID-19 pandemic has subsided compared to when the virus first appeared on the surface, the event will be taking extra precautions to ensure the safety of all the participants, visitors, and organizers. There will be thermal cameras and sanitization stations across the site; mandatory face-mask wearing and the implementation of social-distancing regulations.
In addition to that, Expo 2020 will also have a dedicated section where all the participants will be getting free vaccination shots. This decision was taken to ensure safety and also boost the UAE’s reputation for playing a vital role in eliminating the threats of COVID-19 from its country on an international stage.
