Branch Company:
To set up a branch company, the branch office of a foreign company should have valid registration outside Pakistan or if the parent company is in Pakistan, it should have valid registration within the country. No initial capital is there, although the one-time registration of 1,500 US Dollars is required for Branch Company. The required documents for company registration should be submitted to the GFZC.
