Here are the Best Companies to Work for in the UAE

Following the mass rollout of COVID-19 vaccinations, the businesses are slowly and steadily resuming their operations as they used to be. The pandemic saw a mass downsizing across the globe due to sustainability issues by various companies but now, the companies are starting to hire people back.

The “Great Place to Work”, a global consultancy firm, has timely released a list of all the best companies in the United Arab Emirates (UAE) as well.

According to the latest rankings, Retailer THE One has successfully managed to secure number one position and has emerged as the best company for employee’s well-being. Following it is DHL, which is one of the most renowned logistics company.

Following them, both are companies Chalhoub Group, Five Hotels, Hilton hotels, Dubai Police Academy, Century Financial, Splash, and Aldar Properties.

The consultancy firm ranked these companies based on their workplace environment and how they treat their employees, which can also be termed as employee satisfaction.

Ibrahim Mougharbel, managing director (MD) for the UAE, Qatar, Oman, and Kuwait for Great Place to Work, Middle East said:
