According to a new report after research by YouGov and Bayt.com, 86% of the employers in UAE are planning to hire in the coming year. Apart from that, 78% of them are going to hire employees in next 3 months. In fact, most of the companies are already hiring new employees. The survey conducted from working employees showed that 56% companies hired employees in past 3 months while 71% hired in last 6 months.
This research was also quite comprehensive and provides further details on this issue. More than 60% of the employers are intended to hire up to 10 workers in their companies while 12% want to hire 50 or more employees. 8% will fill between 21 and 50 positions while 6% will provide job opportunities from 11 to 20 new employees.
This upcoming hiring percentage in UAE is higher as compared to the region where 73% of employers are planning to hire in the next 3 months. SMEs and multinational companies in MENA region will hire 76% employees during the same period.
Most of these companies willing to hire new employees are interested for positions of junior executives (44%) and managers (35%). 41% of them are seeking experience of 3 to 7 years. Sales and marketing is the most sought after experience as around 40% wants their new employees having such experience. Real estate and property industry is the one attracting most of these jobs and it is followed by sectors of marketing, PR & advertising (32%) and banking & finance (30%).
This latest report clearly mentions that businesses are on the rise across MENA region while UAE is on top in this aspect. It is the reason of creation of new job opportunities and the trend is expected to continue in near future also. It means that there are great job opportunities for foreigners in UAE.
