The overall scenario is that UAE gained 53 points out of 100 in GCI 2018 which is quite satisfactory if we view the score of countries at the top. USA (78 points), Singapore (75 points) and Sweden (73 points) remained at the top 3 positions. Japan is at 10th position with 65 points which is not far away from UAE.
The report clearly describe the efforts of UAE government in developing the digital and IT sector in the country.
